## History
HHC was founded by Swedish-Armenian entrepreneur and race car driver Edmond Barseghian during the COVID-19 lockdowns in Las Vegas in 2021. What started as a home cooking experiment became a fast-expanding concept with 25 locations by the end of 2024 and ongoing growth across the USA. The brand is designed around a sensory dining experience featuring racing-themed decor, neon lighting, and vibrant music aimed at younger customers.
