About Me

As the Lead Process Engineer at Houston TX Hot Chicken, I am in charge of developing, implementing and maintaining our company's Standard Operating Procedures.

My responsibilities include developing sequence of service protocols, food preparation systems, recipe testing and creation, supply-chain management, scheduling staff and resources for optimal efficiency, developing quality assurance measures and coordinating with vendors for the best pricing on supplies.

Additionally, I work closely with corporate headquarters to develop strategies for new product and restaurant rollouts as well as research initiatives.
