How does the HHC Rewards Program work?
Earn points every time you order. For every $1 spent in-store or online, you earn 1 point. Once you’ve collected enough points, you can redeem them for rewards available in the Rewards section of the HHC app.
When ordering in-store or in the drive-thru, be sure to provide your phone number or email to the cashier so the points can be added to your account. When ordering online, make sure you are signed into your account before placing your order.
Points can only be earned once per transaction and cannot be earned or redeemed through third-party delivery services such as DoorDash or UberEats.
Can I earn points in-store or in the drive-thru?
Yes. When placing your order, simply provide the cashier with the phone number or email associated with your rewards account and the points will automatically be added to your account.
How can I view my available rewards?
Open the HHC app and tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left corner of the home screen. Select Rewards to view your current point balance and all rewards available to you.
How do I redeem my rewards?
You can redeem rewards either in-store or online.
- In-store: Tell the team member which reward you would like to redeem and provide the phone number or email associated with your rewards account.
- Online: Add the item associated with your reward to your cart. Your available rewards will appear at the top of your cart. Swipe to find the reward you want and apply it before checking out.
Can I redeem more than one reward on the same transaction?
At this time, only one reward can be redeemed per order.
Can I save a reward for later?
Yes. If you earn points to unlock a reward, you can use it immediately or save it for later. However, all rewards given through reward emails must be used before the expiration date shown in the app or reward email.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes. Rewards must be used before the expiration date listed in the app and in the reward email.
Can I share my points with someone else?
No. Points are tied to your individual rewards account and cannot be transferred or shared.
How does the tier system work?
Tier status is based on your total spending within a calendar year.
Example 1: If you spend $500 in 2026, you will earn Silver status. Once you reach a tier, you will keep that status for 12 months from the date you earned it.
Example 2: If Patrick earns Silver status on March 17, 2026, he will remain in Silver status until March 17, 2027.
What benefits do I receive in the Bronze Tier?
All rewards members begin in the Bronze Tier. Bronze members receive the following benefits:
- $5 Off First Purchase reward
- Birthday Reward – Free Milkshake
- Access to HHC promotions and campaigns
These rewards will appear automatically in your account once they are available.
What happens when I reach Silver Tier?
When you reach Silver Tier status, you will receive a push notification through the HHC app confirming your upgrade. Your Silver Tier rewards will automatically be added to your rewards account.
Silver Tier members receive:
- 25 Bonus Points per Month
- 1 Complimentary Meal upon reaching Silver status
- Access to the Hidden Menu
Your complimentary meal reward will be available in your account once Silver status is achieved.
What happens when I reach Gold Tier?
When you reach Gold Tier, you will receive a push notification confirming your status upgrade. Your Gold Tier benefits will automatically be activated in your account.
Gold Tier members receive:
- All Silver Tier benefits
- 50 Bonus Points per Month
- 1 Complimentary Meal upon reaching Gold status
- Redeem HHC Swag
- Entry into the HHC Experience drawing
How do I claim my HHC Swag?
Once you reach Gold Tier status, you can request your HHC swag by sending an email to: happy@hhc.ooo
Please include the following information in your email:
- Proof of Gold Tier status (screenshot from the HHC app)
- Your preferred apparel size
- Shipping address
Once verified, our merchandising team will process and ship your HHC apparel.
What is the HHC Experience?
Gold Tier members are automatically entered into the HHC Experience drawing at the end of the calendar year.
At the conclusion of the year, one qualifying Gold Tier member will be randomly selected to participate in a special HHC Experience.
Experiences may include exclusive brand opportunities, behind-the-scenes events, or other unique offerings created by the HHC team.
HHC Experiences are offered on a case-by-case basis and may vary from year to year. Houston TX Hot Chicken reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or postpone experiences based on availability, scheduling, or operational considerations.
